FREE Shipping Across the European Union
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the European Union, with no minimum purchase required.
For customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, shipping is available on orders of €50 or more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email together with your tracking information.

ANAAKA cannot be responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided during checkout.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt delivery again or leave instructions for collection, depending on the courier's policy.
If your parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, our Customer Care team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.
