Delivery times vary depending on your destination. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

• First-time customers: If you're new to ANAAKA and your skin doesn't respond well to the product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Customer Care team will work with you to find the best solution, which may include product guidance, an exchange, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.
