The shipping costs charged to the consumer are indicated on our website and are confirmed in the order, if any. Delivery takes place when the products are offered at the specified delivery address. The delivery location is the address the consumer makes known to ANAAKA. The delivery times stated on the website are indicative. You will receive your order expeditiously and within 5-7 working days at the latest unless otherwise indicated by ANAAKA.

Your e mail should contain your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will then e-mail you with a Returns Authorisation Number and a pre-paid return shipping label.
